Gut Fest is Dublin’s first gut health festival — a full day dedicated to exploring the fascinating world of gut health and its powerful connection to our overall wellbeing.

This unique, evidence-based and community-focused event will bring together leading experts, passionate food makers, and wellness practitioners for a day of learning, tasting, and connection. Expect a vibrant programme of talks on the gut microbiome, nutrition, food and mood, along with hands-on workshops in fermentation, movement, and stress management.
