Bolands Mills will provide new public spaces, including waterfront squares and a play area, and places to eat, drink, and relax.
Long part of the city’s cultural scene, The Factory building along the waterfront has hosted an eclectic group of international artists, including the Bolshoi Ballet, U2, and David Bowie. Continuing as a venue for local arts and culture in the Grand Canal area, The Factory will soon open to provide space to community organisations for arts performances, cultural workshops, rehearsals, classes, and more. We’re excited to open its doors again in late 2024.
