Taking the
centre stage

The Factory building along the Grand Canal Dock waterfront has long been part of the city’s cultural scene. Over the years, an eclectic group of international artists have performed here, including the Bolshoi Ballet, U2 and David Bowie.

We’re looking for community-engaged organisations to bring The Factory back to life for creative and cultural uses, with a busy programme. This fully-renovated 5,080 sq. ft. of space across two floors is available for lease and ready to serve the local community once again.
